Upon receipt of payment in full, we aim to dispatch your goods within 2 working days. All items will need to be signed for upon delivery.

If you require delivery to anywhere outside UK Mainland (including Highlands and Islands, Europe/overseas), please contact us to provide a quotation for delivery costs. Please note that custom made products may be subject to additional shipping/delivery costs.


We will accept returns – just contact us within 14 days of delivery and ensure items are returned to us within 21 days of delivery in the original packing and condition. If you return an item please ensure you obtain proof of postage, in case you need to make a claim from your courier or Royal Mail. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product/s to us. The cost of returning items will be the customers’ responsibility. We suggest goods are returned by registered post as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit. We do not accept exchanges or cancellations.

If an item is damaged upon receipt, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery to discuss an alternative product or confirm a refund. Please understand we cannot include custom/commissioned items in our returns policy as these are made to your specific requirements.
